Local Edmonton artist David Shkolny David Shkolny is in the process of auctioning one of his paintings in support of Nasratu Sankoh, who is currently awaiting surgery in Ghana. Nasratu has made the journey from Sierra Leone to Ghana in the hopes of having a disfiguring tumor removed from her face.

The painting is a portrait of a young Sierra Leonean woman.
